AFRICA’S CHAMPION IN WOMEN FINANCING AND EMPOWERMENT
Charlotte joined Women’s World Banking Ghana in 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer with an in-depth knowledge in SME markets and an understanding of different consumer behaviors. As CEO of Women’s World Banking Ghana, she is saddled with the responsibility of providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other Management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
She has acquired rich experience and knowledge in credit administration, portfolio management, human resource management, credit analysis and restructuring of loans. She has established herself as a professional and an astute credit expert with international exposure, having worked with UT Financial Services (now UT Bank) Ghana and UT Nigeria as credit manager
Prior to joining WWBG, she was the deputy MD for First Trust Savings and loans, Deputy MD of Ideal Finance Ltd and a one-time General Manager of Express Savings & Loans Limited. She also served as administrative/marketing Manager at TOT Productions Limited, Travel Consultant at M&J Travel and Tours Limited, and General Manager at Kanof Company Ltd.
Charlotte holds Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences from the University of Cape Coast, and an MBA in Finance from the Central University College.
