Dr. LALLA MALIKA ISSOUFOU MAHAMADOU was born on February 14, 1975 in Niamey the capital city of Niger Republic. She is married to His Excellency Mahamadou Issoufou, the President of The Republic of Niger and they have three children.

Career:

Her Excellency Obtained a Medical Doctorate degree from the Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey Dioffo in December 2000 and served as a Doctor at the Niamey National Hospital from January 2001 to September 2003. From 2004 – 2005 she joined the University Paris VII-Denis Diderot Faculty Xavier Bichat where she gained a diploma on treatment and management of HIV infections and other Sexually transmitted diseases.

She proceeded to gain a diploma in Inter Tropical Medicine University/International Health from 2005-2006, also at the University Paris VI Pierre and Marie Curie University of Paris VII Denis Diderot and from 2006 – 2009 she specialized in Tropical Medicine University Inter Capacity at the University Paris V – Paris VI and Paris XIII
Her Excellency Dr  LALLA MALIKA ISSOUFOU MAHAMADOU in October 2011 became President of the Foundation Tattali IYALI, a humanitarian organization that deals with Infectious diseases and several areas aimed at improving the living conditions of the Nigerien people including the mother, child and vulnerable.

  1. E. enjoys reading and carrying out humanitarian works, she intervenes and provides drilling in several localities of the country. Her activities contribute greatly to the SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THE REPUBLIC OF NIGER

Her Excellency Dr. LALLA MALIKA ISSOUFOU MAHAMADOU is also involved and sponsors several Humanitarian and Health improvement projects and organizations in the Republic of Niger such as:
